Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic School! Below you will find the steps to apply to our school. For questions regarding the admissions process, please reach out to our Office Manager, Mrs. Tina Harwood at tharwood@stannescatholic.com

IMPORTANT DATES
2025-2026 ADMISSIONS

​February 1, 2025

Last day for new applicants for the 2025-2026 school year to submit applications and registration to guarantee placement for the 2025-2026 school year.

  • Includes siblings of current families.  Please submit applications and registrations by February 1st, 2025 to guarantee placement for the 2025-2026 school year.​

Applications received after February 1st, 2025 will be reviewed on a weekly basis.  Families will be notified as soon as applications are accepted to begin registration. Enrollment priority is given to current students, current families, parishioners of Shrine of St. Anne Parish, Affiliated Non-Parishioners, and then Non-Affiliated families.

  • If withdrawing a student for the 2025-2026 school year, please submit written withdrawals by February 1st to tharwood@stannescatholic.com​

February 13, 2025

Registration fees due for current and new families to secure a spot for the 2025-2026 school year.  Current families, your registration fee will be posted to your FACTS account on February 13, 2025 unless you withdrew a student prior to February 1st, 2025.  If one or more student remains at St. Anne's you will be responsible for the family registration fee.

Our school allows rolling admissions.

Schedule a tour!

The first step in exploring a Catholic education for your family is scheduling a tour of our school! We welcome the opportunity to meet with you in-person, provide you with a full tour of our school, and answer any questions you may have! Tours are offered on Tuesdays from 8:30am-1:15pm and Thursdays from 10am-1:15pm. Tours are held during school hours and last approximately one hour.

Gather the required documents

  • Birth certificate

  • Most recent report card from current or last school year*

  • Most recent standardized achievement test scores**

  • Educational or physical accommodations, if applicable

  • Immunization records

*Incoming Kindergarten students should submit most recent preschool evaluations, if available.

**Standardized testing may not be available for K-2 grade but should be submitted, if available.

Incoming Kindergarteners must be 5 by October 1st.

Incoming 1st graders must be 6 by October 1st.

Receive admission decision

Upon application review, you will be notified if your student has been accepted to the school.  Once accepted, you will be instructed on steps to complete registration for the school year.  All current and new families incur a non-refundable registration fee.  While completing registration, you may be asked to submit additional information or paperwork for your student.  Applications and registrations completed prior to February 1, 2025 will be guaranteed class placement for the 2025-2026 school year.  Applications and registrations received after February 1, 2025, will be reviewed weekly for class availability.  Enrollment priority is given to current students, current families, parishioners of Shrine of St. Anne Parish, Affiliated Non-Parishioners, and then Non-Affiliated families.

Application for admission to the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic School indicates willingness to be a member in an authentic Roman Catholic community. This includes ongoing, regular support of the Parish and school in time and resources, to the best ability of the parents. Non - Catholics applying for admission must indicate that they will adhere to the mission of membership in the our community.
