What type of teachers are we looking for?
All teaching candidates must have a current teaching license or go through the current licensing program offered through the Archdiocese of Denver Office of Catholic Schools, which will credential a teacher to teach in our Catholic school system.
Our Teachers:
- Recognize and uphold the mission and teachings of the Catholic church, live out the Gospels in their classrooms and daily lives
- Place Christ at the center of all they do and the needs of their students first
- Maintain instructional proficiency
- Are lifelong learners through continuously strengthening their own learning and teaching skills and strategies
- Prioritize student centered, structured classroom environments for formation and learning to occur
All persons interested in any position at the school should be appropriately credentialed or experienced in their respective areas. All personnel go through an FBI/CBI background check and must also take a Safe Environment Training course through Child and Youth Protection. Parish affiliated Catholics will be given priority consideration.
