Standardized test scores

Shrine of St. Anne School consistently tests far above national averages on the ITBS standardized tests. The ITBS tests are administered yearly by every school in the Archdiocese of Denver.

How to read the tests:

The tests results are broken down into major learning categories important to the academic success of our students. These categories are:

Reading, Language, Mathematics, and Sources of Information.

Each of these major categories is further broken down into specific skill-sets. For example, Reading is broken down into Vocabulary and Comprehension. There is a TOTAL score for each major category.

The number associated with the score shows you the grade level equivalent that our students tested at. For example, for Grade 2 the vocabulary score is "3.2". This means that as a class, the 2nd graders tested at a grade level of 3.2 (Grade 3, 2nd month).

Shrine of st. anne standardized test results:

After reviewing our test results, you should come away with the knowledge that in every single category of testing, our students ranked above grade level. In many categories, our students tested a full 2 grade levels higher. For example, our 8th grade class tested beyond grade 13 in nearly all Language Arts categories. We are proud of our academic accomplishments. These test results are proof that Shrine of St. Anne School offers a superior academic education.

He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.
